The Bonaldo Basket Air bed by Mauro Lipparini is a new version of his hugely popular Basket bed. The Air has the same enveloping headboard, but has a lighter, less imposing base – which is where the name ‘Basket Air’ stems from.
Made in Italy by Bonaldo there are two styles of headboard to choose from; the Basket Air which has a plain headboard, or the Basket Air Plus which has a pleated headboard and can be seen in the images.
Fully removable covers are available in fabric, leather or ecoleather and Bonaldo provide endless options of each. Smart metal feet are matt lacquered in a range of colours or metal finishes. There are two kinds of bed slats, the standard one-piece slats or you can select split slats.
