BONALDO LOCK ARMCHAIR

The Lock armchair from Bonaldo is designed by Alessandro Busana and stems from his aim of creating a seat capable of expressing a sense of protection and comfort.

This elegantly simple armchair envelops the user in its single upholstered strip which curves and folds onto itself to form the comfortable seat and backrest.

“I think the feeling of protection and safety is something we seek everywhere. It is what distinguishes a welcoming and familiar setting, such as one’s home, making it different from any other place”, comments Alessandro.

The chair covers can be chosen in a huge variety of colours in a stunning selection of fabrics or five grades of leather. For a small extra charge it is also possible to select the back part of the chair in a different fabric/leather, although not in ecoleather. As seen in the images you can choose the Lock chair with either four legs or a single column swivelling base, both options are available in a range of matt painted metal colours, or several metal finishes including; chrome or black nickel (four legs only), or copper or brass.
